We will use this symposium to share the update in management, including molecular diagnosis and screening, the role of microbiome and its relation to immunotherapy, targeting NPC microenvironment for cellular therapies, de-escalation in radiation therapy, and surgical salvage for local recurrence.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:

• Employ the molecular diagnosis for screening, monitoring and follow-up of NPC.
• Appraise the immune cells in the microenvironment and their roles in the immunotherapy.
• Recognize the probability of de-escalation in radiation therapy and apply surgical salvage in rNPC.
